Refund Policy

Please carefully review the following refund conditions before making a purchase:

1. General Rule

  • Refunds are only available for credit/debit card payments processed by Paddle.
  • Payments made using cryptocurrencies (via CoinGate) or local payment methods (via Payssion) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Credit Card Payments

  • Customers who paid via credit/debit card may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • To qualify, the purchased product must not have been used beyond the following limits:
  • For per-GB limited products, no more than 500 MB of traffic may have been consumed.
  • If usage exceeds these limits, the purchase is considered non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted to our support team within the 14-day refund window.
  • Please provide your order details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's policies.

4. Final Note

  • All refunds are subject to Paddle's review and approval and are handled in line with their policies.
